Common Issues

Extension Not Showing Meta Tags

Make sure the extension is enabled and you've refreshed the page. Click on the MetaView Pro icon in your browser toolbar to verify it's active.

Screenshot Feature Not Working

Ensure you've granted the necessary permissions to the extension. Some websites may restrict screenshot functionality due to security policies.

Updates Not Showing

Chrome extensions update automatically, but you may need to restart your browser. Visit our changelog to see the latest features.
